Huawei launches the Pura 90 Plus with a camera flagship ambition at an upper-midrange price. It is not only fitted with a 1-inch sensor and variable aperture camera, but also a periscope telephoto camera with macro function.

The Huawei Pura 80 Pro gets another successor in the Pura 90 Plus, featuring an equally striking design. Huawei opts for a rounded metal frame, a distinctive triangular camera module and a back panel with a color gradient on at least two of the four variants.
The most notable part of the specs is the triple-lensed camera on the back. Huawei is using a 50-megapixel front camera with a notably large 1-inch sensor, optical image stabilization, and a lens that can be expanded from f/1.6 – f/4.0. It features a 48 MP f/2.1 periscope telephoto camera with OIS, 4x optical zoom, and a macro mode, as well as a 40 MP f/2.2 ultra-wide-angle camera. A 1.5 MP multispectral sensor is engineered for accurate color reproduction under challenging lighting circumstances.
The smartphone is equipped with a 6.8, 120 Hz LTPO OLED display with a resolution of 2,848×1,276 pixels, powered by a HiSilicon Kirin 9025 ARM processor. The camera with 13MP f/2.0 aperture is mounted in the punch-hole cutout and the fingerprint sensor is placed on the side of the case. Unfortunately the 220-gram, 5,700 mAh smartphone is only 8.3 mm thick and comes with a 100W USB-C charging port, as well as 80W wireless charging support.
