Acer has unveiled a new set up for its Go Air. The thin, light laptop will be available in China with the Intel Wildcat Lake flavor of Raptor Lake-H chips, as they were previously introduced.
In particular, the new configuration runs on a mid-range chipset: the Intel Core 5 320. It can deliver as much performance as the Apple A18 Pro, which powers the MacBook Neo, according to benchmarks. This Wildcat Lake processor is paired with 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM, and there’s a 512GB SSD.
The front has a 14-inch display with a 120Hz refresh rate, 120% sRGB coverage and DC dimming. Acer does not specify the resolution, but it is 1920×1200 and IPS with 16:10 ratio.
Another highlight of the Wildcat Lake Acer Go Air is the thin and light design. The laptop weighs a mere 1.19kg (2.62lbs) and the chassis claims to be as thin as 12.99mm, the company said. The MacBook Neo is just about the same size with a 12.7mm thickness and weighs about 1.23kg or 2.7lbs.

The 70Wh battery is said to provide up to 19 hours of runtime and via the USB-C port supports 100W fast charging, which means Acer says that the laptop can be charged 50% to 160W Ugreen Nexode Pro charger in 30 minutes (which is currently $59.99 on Amazon). As for the port configuration, there are 2 Thunderbolt 4 and 1 USB-A.
Other features of the Wildcat Lake Acer Go Air include sleek metal finish, a 180 turn hinge and an FHD webcam with face recognition support. The laptop in China costs CNY 5,499 or approximately $815. While it’s not announced for the global market yet, the Swift Air 14 (SFA14-I31), which launched internationally in June 2026 with a starting price of $699, has an identical set of specs.
