According to the leaked information from Chinese tipster Digital Chat Station, the Vivo X500 Pro is said to be equipped with a 50MP main sensor with a 50MP ultra wide sensor shot together with a 64MP periscope telephoto sensor with 3x optical zoom of Sony’s IMX06H sensor. The 200MP sensor is only available in the Pro Max variant.

Vivo has recently leaked the details of the camera on Weibo through Digital Chat Station. It appears the X500 Pro will NOT be receiving the 200MP sensor, which will only be seen on the X500 Pro Max.
Rather, the X500 Pro will feature the 50MP mega sensor, which is large at 1/1.28″, and a 50MP ultra wide lens. It seems Vivo will opt for a 64MP periscope telephoto camera with about 3x optical zoom for zooming.
The leaker stated that a popular sensor, OmniVision OV64B was not used by the company, but Sony’s new IMX06H sensor was adopted. It is also powered with the new 2nm Dimensity 9600 series chipset under the hood.

The X500 Pro’s list of hardware components is relatively impressive for such a small body, particularly without the processors and lenses. It has a 1.5K resolution support 6.37” flat OLED LTPO display, it is said. The phone also boasts a whopping 7000mAh battery.
It will be supplied with the OriginOS 7 running on Android 17. Vivo has yet to give an official release date, but could come as early as September, with the company planning to release the device globally later in November or December.
