Oppo has officially announced the Reno 16 series for worldwide markets. The lineup is already on offer for pre-order in certain markets in Southeast Asian countries, and will be available in Indonesia and Malaysia starting early July 2026.
Oppo Reno 15 series is launched worldwide as mid-range phone series in January, 2026. The company now announced the Reno 16 series for the worldwide market.
To put it into perspective, the Reno 16 and Reno 16 Pro have already been released in China. The global models may be different, though, as suggested by leaks.
The Reno 16 series is guaranteed to have the standard Reno 16, Reno 16 Pro and Reno 16F globally. Oppo has declared that the lineup will have a 50MP selfie camera designed to take pictures in ultra-wide format. The series will also feature an “AI Remix Collage” feature, and a ColorOS 16 OS version running on Android 16.
The Reno 16 star lineup is now on offer for pre-order in Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand. The series will be available in Indonesia on July 3 and in Malaysia on July 8. The exact release date for other countries is yet to be confirmed.
In addition, Oppo has announced the Oppo Bubble phone accessory, along with two wireless earbuds – Enco Air5 and Enco Air5s. On the other front, OnePlus has stated that the company has a large 8,000mAh battery for the new budget smartphone, the OnePlus N6.
