Batch has released a new commuter e-bike, the eCB.3 This is an 8-speed e-bike that comes with a 500 W Vinka rear hub motor, a 720 Wh battery, a 6061 hydroformed aluminum step-through frame, Kenda 27.5 x 2.4” tyres, and a Zoom hydraulic suspension fork with 80 mm of travel. It comes in sunset and slate bronze color options.

The eCB.3 is a new urban-oriented electric bike that has been launched by Batch, a US-based manufacturing company of e-bikes. The new commuter bike also features a 6061 hydroformed aluminum step-through frame and a Zoom hydraulic suspension fork with 80 mm of travel that further makes the ride shorter in rough terrains.
In the case of tyres, the eCB.3 is fitted with Kenda 27.5 x 2.4 inch tires that are fitted with Tektro HD-M275 hydraulic disc brakes with 180 mm motors. The Shimano Altus 8-speed has been added to the Batch in order to offer a reliable gearing both on flats and uphill. In case of the powered things, the e-bike is propelled by a 500 W Vinka rear hub motor that will provide a maximum speed of 28 mph (45 km/h) of pedal assist riding.
The whole system is powered by the 48 V 15 Ah (720 Wh) battery. Nevertheless, the company has not provided the actual range of the e-bike but we can approximate a fair range of its massive 720 Wh battery capacity. More so, it comes with a KDS KD-716 LCD screen which displays critical driving data such as speed, distance covered, mode in use, gear and battery status. It is a shame that it does not even help with app-based controls.
The Batch eCB.3 electric bike with a price of $1,999 has the option of a sunset and slate bronze color. Consumers can now buy the e-bike online on the official web site of Batch and at other retailers who are authorized.
