iPhone 16 Available in Stores Without AI

With the announcement of shipping beginning on 20th September 2024, iPhone 16 Series lineup has begone hitting stores in over 60 Countries. Surprisingly, the phones are not exactly being sold rapidly. The appealing plus points of this device is the integration of Artificial Intelligence, however it is seen as to be unavailable in this launch.

In a reported news update by CBS, “the new iPhones with the updated iOS 18 does not include Artificial Intelligence contrary to earlier reports, instead Apple Intelligence will begin with iOS 18.1 set to arrive in October”.

A tweet by Ming Chin-Kuo, “…this could be another sign that the early demand for the iPhone 16 is below expectations” could be said to indicate dissatisfaction by fans and users. You can read the full gist here.

CNET senior editor Lisa Eadicicco is also reported to have told CBS news that she is not surprised that demand for iPhone 16 isn’t going through the roof as the days of buying the latest iPhone every year are behind us.
