Xiaomi has not stayed far behind, and soon the company will release two more of its tablets – Xiaomi Pad 7 and Xiaomi Pad 7 Pro. Details of the main specs of both have been released today in China.
If you have been holding out for something in the line of the Pad 6S Pro, then these are not them. However, as the naming suggests they are designed to supersede the Pad 6 and Pad 6 Pro launched in April 2023 respectively.
Apparently, Xiaomi Pad 7 is based on Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 7 Gen 3, while Pad 7 Pro may support up to 45W of wired charging. The Pad 7 Pro will come equipped with the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 as the processor and bundled with 67W wire charging support.
Both tablets will apparently come equipped with an 11.16-inch LCD screen with the refresh rate of 144 Hz. Of course, the 6S Pro will be continued to be sold because it will still be Xiaomi’s flagship tablet. That release date is still a bit vague – it might come as soon as the launch of the Xiaomi 15 and 15 Pro later this month.
