Earlier today, Xiaomi indicated that the Poco F8 series would be launching globally before the end of the month. Now, the company has confirmed that the series will start with the Poco F8 Pro and the Poco F8 Ultra, which are set to take the fight to $1,000+ smartphones with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite and Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipsets.

Xiaomi announced earlier this morning that the Poco F8 series would be released on a certain date, following its announcement of the impending release. As we have discussed earlier, teasers of the company suggested that the company would be launching two smartphones at once, just as was the case with the Poco F7 Pro and Poco F7 Ultra (curr. $735 on Amazon) in March.
Xiaomi has as of now affirmed just as much in a set of tweets. Predictably, Xiaomi will launch the Poco F8 series with Poco F8 Pro and Poco F8 Ultra, as opposed to Poco F8. The tweets (reproduced below) also support rumours on the colours of the global options available on the pair, where the Poco F8 Pro is available in Black, Blue and Titanium Silver finishes, but the Poco F8 Ultra is only available in Blue Denim and Black.
The identical tweets also pretty much affirm that the Poco F8 duo are the Xiaomi international substitutes of the Redmi K90 and Redmi K90 Pro Max. The latter, in that regard, will incorporate a special speaker inside its camera casing, which will be adjusted by Bose. The Poco F8 Pro and Poco F8 Ultra will be released by Xiaomi on November 26, at 08:00 UTC. Meanwhile, take a look at our Redmi K90 and Redmi K90 Pro Max to find out what you should expect of the next two products made by Xiaomi under the Poco brand.
