Samsung recently announced that the Translate feature, part of the Galaxy AI suite, can now be used with third-party voice calling applications. This new update, included in One UI 6.1.1, enables users to access Translate on popular platforms, like Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, Google Meet, Signal, KakaoTalk, LINE, and WeChat. There is also potential for more apps to receive support in the future.

Samsung Live Translate allows for language translation from one supported language to another, facilitating better communication across different languages. Samsung emphasizes user data privacy by conducting the translation processing, on the device itself.
