The phone is equipped with a 50 MP primary camera (Light Fusion 600), an 8 MP ultra-wide camera, and a 20 MP front-facing camera. Notably, the primary camera is an upgrade over the one found in the Poco X8 Pro.

The Poco X8 Pro Max features a 6.83-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 2,772 x 1,280 pixels. It boasts Corning Gorilla Glass 7i protection, a 3,840 Hz PWM value, and a peak brightness of 3,500 nits (APL 25%), which is about 9% brighter than the Xiaomi 15T Pro. However, it has a 120 Hz refresh rate, slightly lower than the 144 Hz on the Xiaomi 15T Pro.

The base model includes 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage, with an option for a 512 GB variant (also with 12 GB of RAM). Pricing starts at $469 for the base model and $529 ( ₦766,706.15) for the 512 GB version. Early Bird deals bring these prices down to $429 ( ₦581,500.92) and $459 ( ₦622,165.32), respectively.
