The Logitech G Pro X2 Superstrike is one of the most unusual gaming mice in the world, featuring inductive mouse buttons with haptic feedback as well as actuation and reset points that can be freely adjusted.
The Logitech G Pro X2 Superstrike was officially launched last September, and the top-tier gaming mouse is now on sale. One can purchase it at Amazon or at the online Logitech store at a price of $179.99. The mouse is available in black buttons and white casing only.
To justify the price, Logitech focuses on several main characteristics. The mouse itself only weighs 61 grams, and has a 44,000 DPI Hero 2 sensor and 8,000Hz polling rate courtesy of the Logitech Lightspeed USB dongle. The key selling feature, though, is the so-called Haptic Inductive Trigger System (HITS), which instead of the conventional micro -switches in the left and right buttons a sensor that identifies the distance of the button press without clicking.
A vibration motor simulates the click feedback and can be set to six levels of feel. The most spectacular benefit of HITS is that actuation and reset points are adjustable in the software provided to suit your tastes, which could shorten the response time to the click to 30 to 30 milliseconds. According to Logitech, this technology is a breakthrough in the world of gaming-mouse.
The GProx Superstrike supports Windows and Mac. It has an inbuilt battery that guarantees a maximum of 90 hours of operation, and it also had Logitech Powerplay to charge it wirelessly. According to Logitech, the maximum acceleration of the mouse is 88G and maximum speed of the mouse is 888IPS.
