After announcing the MateBook Fold in a new color, the MateBook Pro has also gotten a similar treatment. The new Dawn Pink joins the already announced Sunny Blue, White, and Inkstone Black.
The Huawei MateBook Pro was also released in three colors Inkstone Black, Sunny Blue, and White when the product was announced earlier this year. Today, the 14.2-inch notebook, which runs on HarmonyOS, can now be purchased in a fourth color.
Its new color is known as Dawn Pink and it is only available on the 32GB RAM + 1TB version. Buyers will have options of standard version and a PaperMatte display version at ¥8,899 and ¥9,899 respectively. Huawei MateBook Pro Dawn Pink has the same finish as the other color models. Nevertheless, the Dawn Pink model has a pink trackpad but black keys contrary to the Sunny Blue whose keyboard and trackpad are blue. The rest of the specs are similar save this difference.
The MateBook Pro measures 14.2-inch in size and has a 120Hz OLED screen with rounded edges, an aspect ratio of 3:2, and a 3120 x 2080 resolution. The display according to the spec sheet has a standard brightness level of 600 nits and a maximum brightness level of 1,000 nits. Although Dawn Pink can have 32GB of RAM and 1TB of storage, Huawei also offers the MateBook Pro with the storage options of 24GB RAM + 512GB SSD and 32GB RAM + 2TB SSD.
The notebook comes with Bluetooth 5.2, Wi-Fi 6, a fingerprint scanner embedded in the power button, a 1080p webcam, and a 70Wh battery, chargeable at a top of 140W. In the case of ports, MateBook Pro has three USB 3.2 Gen 1 (Type-C) ports. It includes four microphones, six speakers and backlit keys as well as a privacy switch.
The Huawei MateBook Pro 2025 is not sold outside of China, but can be ordered on Aliexpress or eBay (not the pink color, though).
