Dell has launched a new Office Monitor with Built-in Webcam. The model is massive and ultra-wide therefore can be used in the office. It is not cheap, and Dell tries to support the price with a powerful array of features.
Dell has released the Dell Pro P34 USB-C Hub Webcam Monitor, a highly featured display featuring an integrated webcam. The webcam has a 4 megapixel camera and can capture video at 30fps with windows hello facial recognition. The display has a resolution of 3,440 x 1,440 pixels and a refresh rate of 100 Hz and is obviously geared towards productivity more than it is geared towards gaming. It has a gray to gray response time of 8 milliseconds in fast mode.
Dell claims that the display features an IPS panel, which has an average brightness of 350cd/m 2 and 99 percent sRGB color space coverage. It is curved with a slight 3,800R curvature giving one a smoothly curved viewing experience.
It supports HDMI, DisplayPort, and USB-C connectivity and features a USB-C port with up to 90 W of power delivery as well as a video input. The built-in USB hub has two USB-A ports with data transfer rate of up to 5 Gbit/s, and a Gigabit Ethernet port, as well.
