The Casio MTP-B185 series watches could be released in the US. The brand recently launched a new Casio Labs section on its website, which appears to be gauging customer interest in certain models. Launched in 2025, this analog watch has a metal casing and strap, with a square dial.

Casio seems to be planning on launching its MTP-B185 watches in the US. This collection of six watches was released in May 2025 and the MTP-B185D-1AV was unveiled in UK several months later.
Casio has now developed a page of MTP-B185 watches on its US site. This is located in the new section of the brand, the Casio Labs that is termed as a place of experimental products. The customers are invited to fill out the surveys and also vote on their favourite models who in turn can have an early access to buy the new products.
Casio has posted the MTP-B185B-7A (black/silver), MTP-B185G-9A (gold), MTP-B185D-1A (silver/black), MTP-B185D-2A1 (dark blue/silver), and MTP-B185D-2A2 (light blue/silver) on the Lab Showcase #1 page. The MTP-B185 is a square-face, three-hand analogue watch that has a simple date display. Both the casing (40 x 32.5 x 7.3 mm or, in other words, 1.6 x 1.3 x 0.3 inches) and the band (with an adjustable clasp) are made of stainless steel. On the B185D watches the metal used is silver, whereas the B185G is gold ion-plated and the B185B is black ion plated. The model is waterproof to 50m and should last approximately three years with a SR920SW battery.
Although the new page of the Casio Lab says that at the moment the Casio MTP-B185 watches are not sold in the US, the company says that the participants of the Casio Labs will vote about what products will be introduced in this country. It is yet to be seen when the Casio MTP-B185 watches will be released in the US.
