The Casio Fine Metallic G-Shock collection is launched in the US after a European launch. The model includes stainless steel bezels and red-colored displays. The models cost as low as $270 at the official site.
Casio has also officially introduced its new Fine Metallic line to the US market, which previously was launched in Europe and first in Japan earlier this year. The assortment includes four G-Shock models which have polished stainless-steel bezels, with bright red-colored displays and a special vapor-deposited band style.
It has two digital models and two analog-digital models. The digital models, the GM-5600YRA-8 and the GM-6900YRA-8 cost $270.00. The analog-digital GM-210YRA-8A-290.00, the slim octagonal and the oversized GM-110YRA-8A are both made available at $290.00.
The distinguishing feature of the Fine Metallic series is the black and silver monochrome design with a bright red LCD which is easily identified. In order to make the transition between the metal bezel and the strap look smooth and almost seamless, Casio applied a clear silicone band that was finished on the lower surface with a silver vapor deposition. This results in the watch being of high shine metallic and remaining in the comfort and durability of resin.
All four watches feature:

Construction: G-Shock shock resistant standard.
Backlight: White LED (Super Illuminator).
The models vary in sizes and battery life. The GM-5600 and GM-6900 models (digital versions) have a battery life of five years and they have flash alert features. GM-2100 and GM-110 are powered by a 3-year battery, with the GM-2100 being the thinnest of the bunch with a height of 11.8 mm, and the GM-110 having magnetic resistance.
The series is now located in the official Casio US site. To a certain duration, these models are being sold in a promotion package that is a Free Nigo Sticker Set, a promotion that is underway in the global markets.
