Casio’s latest G-Shock collaboration has finally made its way to the US. The GA-2110MK-5A mixes the brand’s famously tough GA-2100 design with Maison Kitsuné’s Parisian aesthetic, complete with fox branding and special-edition packaging.

US market is usually forced to wait in line to have the coolest G-Shock collaborations. The newest partnership between Casio and a Paris fashion house Maison Kitsuné is no exception. The Casio latest G-Shock GA-2110MK-5A, which had previously arrived in the UK and Europe earlier this month, is finally making it to the US market, beginning today. It retails at $210, and it is available at Casio.com and authorized dealers.
The GA-2110MK is an analog digital watch that is the successor of the extremely popular GA-2100 octagonal line. It exploits the color scheme of the so-called camaieu, with neutral and earthy tones of beige and cream, which are inspired by the historic Haussmannian architecture of Paris. The subdued tones are beaten up with a bright orange resin bezel, which according to Casio is supposed to remind of the sunset setting in the Paris skyline. The watch ships in special wrappings that are of Camaieu color scheme.

Naturally, it could not be a Maison Kitsuné collaboration without the brand mascot fox, which is an indicator on the dial inset at the 9 o’clock mark, and at the base where the strap meets the case. Maison Kitsuné branding on the band loop and case back is added to the fox motif.
GA-2110MK-5A has the same ruggedness as other 2100 series models with shock resistance, a maximum water protection of 200 meters and Carbon Core Guard construction. The battery life is 3 years and other standard time keeping features such as a stopwatch, hourly time signal, 5 daily alarms, 48 cities world time, countdown timer and automatic calendar (through 2099) are also provided.
