An invitation to the Galaxy Unpacked event was posted on the Samsung website’s international version. The event’s official date of August 10 has been confirmed.
“Innovation isn’t just about radical ideas; it’s about unlocking new experiences that transform our daily lives for the better. According to the Samsung website about the event, “Meaningful innovations go beyond the technical and provide a platform upon which our everyday lives become richer and more versatile; opening us up to greater possibilities than ever before.”
On August 10, the company says, anyone wishing to can see for themselves how Samsung Electronics “pushes the boundaries,” “defies conventions,” and “opens doors to new experiences.” According to reports, Galaxy Unpacked will start airing at 9:00 AM ET on Samsung Newsroom, Samsung.com, and Samsung’s YouTube channel.

“To see how these possibilities will come about, join Samsung Electronics on August 10 to learn how the company is pushing boundaries, defying conventions, and opening doors to new experiences. Galaxy Unpacked will be streamed live on Samsung Newsroom, Samsung.com, and Samsung’s YouTube channel beginning at 9:00 a.m. ET”.
The date of the event could previously be determined by solving a puzzle Samsung had previously posted on Twitter, but now it is unnecessary to do so. The animated graphic suggests that Galaxy Unpacked will showcase at least a new flexible version of the Galaxy Z Flip 4 phone. The Galaxy Z Flip4 and Galaxy Z Fold4 as well as other new items will be on display at the conference held by Samsung.
Samsung supplied approximately 10 million foldable smartphones to the market last year, jumping 300 percent from the year before, according to Tae Moon Roh (TM Roh), president of Samsung’s mobile division.
The CEO also noted that Galaxy Z Flip3 shipments, which made about 70% of those 10 million phones, exceeded internal company forecasts. Samsung predicts that when new foldable smartphones become available, demand for these gadgets will increase.
