Qualcomm Technologies, a subsidiary of Qualcomm Incorporated (NASDAQ: QCOM), has announced its intention to purchase Autotalks, a semiconductor company specializing in vehicle-to-everything (V2X) communications. The acquisition is subject to customary closing conditions.
